Shipping policy

All works ship from Bangkok, Thailand, via DHL Express: fully tracked and insured, door to door.

Rates

  • Masks, wearable sculpture and wall works: Free worldwide. Shipping is included in the listed price.
  • High-value 1/1 works: Shipping, insurance, and custom crating (where required) are quoted on the invoice.

Delivery time

  • Each work is dispatched from Bangkok and delivered within an estimated 14 to 30 days, processing, transit and customs clearance combined.
  • The estimate is an indication, not a guarantee: international transit and customs can vary.
  • First orders may take a little longer while payment is verified.

Insurance & delivery

Every shipment is insured for its full declared value from dispatch until you sign for it. Inspect the parcel on arrival: do not accept a visibly damaged package, and contact ketomplace@gmail.com the same day. Once a parcel has been signed for in good condition, responsibility passes to you.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct: it cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.

Python leather & CITES

Some works are finished in python leather, a CITES Appendix II material. International shipment of these pieces legally requires export and import permits, so they are made and shipped by enquiry only, with additional lead time while the documentation is arranged. If you are outside Thailand and interested in a python piece, please enquire and we will handle the paperwork and a shipping quote for your country.

Customs declaration

All works are declared as original artwork (HS code 9703). Under Chapter 97 of the customs nomenclature:

  • United States, EU, and UK: duty-free as original art.
  • EU / UK: reduced import VAT may apply (typically 5 to 18% in the EU; 5% in the UK).
  • Other jurisdictions: rules vary; please consult your local customs office.

Import duties or VAT, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not absorb these.

Currency

Prices are set in US Dollars (USD). Shopify Markets may display your local currency, but your bank, card or crypto wallet converts at its own rate at the moment of payment: the final amount can differ slightly from the figure shown.

Tracking

You receive an email with your DHL tracking number the moment your parcel ships. Tracking is also available in your account.
