By using the Victor Ketom Studio website and purchasing works, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance

This site is operated by Victor Ketom Studio, Bangkok, Thailand. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Products and originality

All works are original sculptures, wearable art, or mixed-media installations by Victor Ketom. Each work is documented and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Editions are clearly stated on the product page.

1/1 works are unique. No reproduction will be made.
Limited editions are produced in a defined, numbered run.
Made-to-order works are produced on commission and numbered in production sequence.

3. Pricing and currency

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Shopify Markets automatically converts to your local currency at checkout. All payments are processed in the displayed currency.

4. Payment

See our Payment page for full details. We accept cryptocurrency, fiat-to-crypto via NOWPayments, and (for high-value works) bank transfer in USD, EUR, or GBP.

5. Shipping and returns

As original and hand-made works, all sales are final; protections for damage in transit and faulty works are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Delivery, insurance, customs and the handling of CITES-restricted materials (python leather) are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Identity verification

For high-value purchases, and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, the Studio may request proof of identity and of source of funds before an order is confirmed or shipped. Orders that cannot be verified will be cancelled and refunded.

7. Intellectual property

Purchase of a work transfers ownership of the physical object only. The Studio retains all copyright, reproduction rights, and the right to exhibit, document, and reproduce images of the work for promotional and archival purposes.

Buyers may not reproduce, mass-produce, or commercially exploit the work or its design without written permission from the Studio.

8. Resale

You are free to resell works you have purchased. The Studio appreciates being informed of any change in ownership for our provenance records, and will issue an updated certificate on request.

9. Studio liability

Works are sold as-is, as physical objects of art. The Studio is not liable for damage caused by improper handling, display, or storage after delivery. Materials may be sensitive to humidity, direct sunlight, and physical impact.

10. Force majeure

The Studio is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.
